Welcome!

You have been invited to complete a personality questionnaire from the HUCAMA Factors series.

The questionnaire is part of our recruitment or development process and aims to create a better understanding of your strengths, working style, and how you prefer to act in different situations.

Why do we measure personality in recruitment?

The purpose is not to judge whether you are “good” or “bad”, but to understand whether there is a good match between you and the job. When your natural strengths align with the requirements of the role, the likelihood of both satisfaction and performance increases.
Research shows that personality is an important factor in predicting future job performance and long-term success. It is not only important in working life – it is a key to wellbeing and success in life as a whole.

What is HUCAMA Factors Personality?

HUCAMA Factors Personality is a modern, research-based personality questionnaire used to understand how you prefer to act, collaborate, communicate and make decisions.

It is based on well-known models such as the Five-Factor Model (Big Five) and is adapted to measure personality in working life – that is, how you function in different job roles.

What should you keep in mind when answering the questions?

We use your answers as part of a broader overall picture, with the goal of creating a good match between your strengths and the role you are being considered for.

It is not a test – you cannot “pass” or “fail”.
Answer spontaneously and honestly – there is nothing you need to live up to.
Don’t think too long – the first answer that feels right is often the best.
You are who you are – we are not trying to change you, but want to understand how the job can suit you.

Norm-based – what does that mean?

HUCAMA Factors is a normative test. This means that your answers are compared with a broad norm group in order to understand what is typical, unusual or more unique for you.

There are no right or wrong answers. We are all different, and it is precisely these differences that create successful and complementary teams.

How does the scale work?

You will respond to statements by rating how well they describe you, on a 9-point scale. There are no right or wrong answers. The result is compared with a norm group to see which traits are more or less prominent for you.

1 = does not describe me at all
9 = describes me completely
